About the Role:

Fully responsible for managing one of our leading retail stores by driving performance and results, maximizing sales, adhering to Company standards and affectively leading the store team to ensure the delivery of the Company brand values to every customer.
About you:

Ø  Enthusiastic, tenacious, self-motivated and driven.

Ø  At least 12 months proven track record working in customer service, sales & team leadership.

Ø  Leadership experience essential with superb people skills.

Ø  Common sense, reliable, committed, enthusiastic, and hardworking.

Ø  Flexible to business needs.

Ø  Computer Literate including ability to use MS Outlook, Word & Excel.

Ø  Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Ø  Organized & able to prioritize workloads.

Ø  Customer focused.

Ø  Exceptional communicator with a "can do" attitude.

Ø  Quick learner.

Ø  Driver and car ideal.

           Duties include:

Ø  Ensure execution across the area of: Store layouts, windows display, pricing/promotions, product presentation, provide input for local marketing initiatives.

Ø  People Management: Recruit, train, manage & develop store team, promote an inspirational, challenging & professional environment.

Ø  Handle customer enquiries and complaints in store, by email and/or telephone.

Ø  Financial management.

Ø  Secure company assets at all times.

Ø  Uphold and adhere to Company Standards.

Ø  Ensure strict compliance of policies and procedures at all times.

Ø  Ensure house-keeping, repairs and safety is maintained.

Ø  To act as key line of all communication between other stores and senior management team.

Ø  Delivering sales of party accessories and costumes in-store.

Ø  Merchandising stock, stock control, handling cash and using tills.



The Details:

Ø  35-42 hours per week over a 5/6-day period.

Ø  Wages negotiable depending on experience.

Ø  Extra shifts available especially in busy periods.

Ø  Training will be given on all aspects of the role.
