Shopmobility
Dolphin welcomes all visitors, and the popular Shopmobility scheme helps to provide those who are less mobile with the opportunity to shop and get around with ease, with power-chairs, scooters and hand-propelled wheelchairs available on a daily basis. Shopmobility can be found in the Dolphin Shopping Centre multi-storey car park. Call 01202 661 770 or visit pooleshopmobility.org.uk for more details. Open Monday to Saturday 10am – 3.45pm (excluding bank holidays).
PLEASE NOTE: From January 13th 2012, Shopmobility will be closed on Fridays.
DISABLED ACCESS TOILETS
Poole’s toilets for use by disabled people are all operated by the RADAR key system. When inPoole, RADAR keys can be obtained from:

Child Safe Scheme
Dolphin is a family friendly place to visit, shop and have fun. Our Child Safe Zone Scheme helps families, schools, clubs and most importantly children to stay safe and secure.
Look out for the bright orange balloon window stickers – these carry our helpline number: 08700 62 20 42. If you lose a child or need to report an incident, look for the nearest sticker, ring this number and talk directly to our security and customer services team.
Mums & Dads!
Teach your child that if they are ever separated from mum, dad or guardian, not to panic but to look for the nearest window sticker from where they can either look for a security guard or go into the shop to ask a member of staff for assistance. We also offer free wristbands to help keep your child safe. A mobile number on a wristband is the simplest and quickest way to help a lost child.
On entering The Dolphin Shopping Centre a wristband can be collected from the Centre Management office. These wristbands are bright, waterproof and tough, so as well as shopping they are ideal for other days out or journeys into busy towns and cities.
