Dolphin Shopping Centre hosts its first family Yoga session during Easter holidays

The Dolphin Shopping Centre will be hosting its first family Yoga session on Tuesday April 9 in the centre’s dedicated Eco Hub.

To see in the Easter holidays, the Yogarama session will begin at 10.30am for an hour and is priced at £10 per family with one child, £13 for two children and £15 for three children. Yogarama is a new kids’ Yoga business based in Poole, for those aged 1-12, founded by Ali Morton, an experienced Yoga practitioner.

John Grinnell, centre manager at the Dolphin Shopping Centre, commented: “We’re looking forward to welcoming Ali to the Dolphin for a family Yoga session. We like to provide shoppers with a range of events that they can get involved with and thought this was an excellent way to kick-start our Easter holidays’ event programme.”

Ali Morton, founder of Yogarama, commented: “This fun, engaging and active Yoga session will help strengthen your family bond and will provide some ideal respite during a day of shopping. There’ll also be sweet treats provided after the session. To reserve your family space, please make sure you pay in advance and I look forward to seeing you all on the mat.”

The Eco Hub launched last year as part of the Dolphin’s ongoing commitment to sustainability. It is open during the centre’s regular opening hours and is free to use. The Eco Hub can be found in the lower mall of the centre, near to the escalators by Starbucks.
